What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy and how can it help me?

Cognitive Hypnotherapy uses hypnotic trance as a basis for communicating with your subconscious. It is a modern approach incorporating broad areas of science and therapy, including the latest therapeutic techniques, neuroscience, CBT, traditional hypnotherapy, NLP, positive psychology and many other therapeutic/scientific fields. What happens when you come to see me?
When you come to see me for the first time, I will spend some time with you to form a detailed understanding of your problem, through your model of the world, the structure of your language and how you think. I will then use this information in subsequent sessions to communicate directly with your subconscious mind through a skilled use of hypnotic language, techniques and suggestion. This communication is incredibly powerful, and because of the brain’s ability to be plastic, it will literally respond by rewiring itself.
