Cognitive Hypnotherapy in Dulwich & Crystal Palace, Central London and Worldwide

What would it mean to you to be free of your problem?

How different would your life be if you no longer had your problem? Imagine if you could stop feeling hijacked by your subconscious and start to feel in control of your thoughts and behaviour. When you come to see me for cognitive hypnotherapy, powerful change is possible because we work on a deep level with your subconscious mind, talking to it in a special language it understands. Results can happen surprisingly fast, and can bring you huge benefits, such as:

  • Feeling less stressed
  • Feeling less anxious
  • Being more positive
  • Feeling in control
  • Taking your life in a new direction
  • Realising your potential
  • Believing in yourself
  • Feeling happier in yourself
  • Being more confident

What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy and how can it help me?

Cognitive Hypnotherapy is an adaptive model of therapy which means that every client is treated as an individual, because each person has their own model of the world. See the video to the right for a short explanation of what Cognitive Hypnotherapy is and how it works. Because Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a much broader and flexible model of therapy than traditional hypnosis, it can help with almost any part of your life where there is something holding you back, whether in relationships, your career, your beliefs, identity, habits, health, or any other area of your life. What’s more, research has proven that it works.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy uses hypnotic trance as a basis for communicating with your subconscious. It is a modern approach incorporating broad areas of science and therapy, including the latest therapeutic techniques, neuroscience, CBT, traditional hypnotherapy, NLP, positive psychology and many other therapeutic/scientific fields. Its aim is to teach you how to be self sufficient using the resources you already have. At its heart is the understanding that we are all unique, and we each have our own model of the world.

What happens when you come to see me?

When you come to see me for the first time, I will spend some time with you to form a detailed understanding of your problem, through your model of the world, the structure of your language and how you think. I will then use this information in subsequent sessions to communicate directly with your subconscious mind through a skilled use of hypnotic language, techniques and suggestion. This communication is incredibly powerful, and because of the brain’s ability to be plastic, it will literally respond by rewiring itself.
